“They” suggest you meditate as you’ll get calm and relaxed. Meditation guides you to imagine the perfect world or the ideal situation or place where you could relax, calm and enjoy your imaginary ideal situation.

Then I started thinking…
When you do something that makes you feel better, don’t you get a little bit addicted there?

So, what if during the meditation phase, all you’re trying to do is to achieve your ideal situation?

Isn’t that a form of addiction?

On the other hand, there are meditation guides that they would teach you the acceptance.

But if you accept something, how could you keep track of your growing progress?

There’s also “eustress” which stands for a positive form of stress that boosts your productivity and performance.

I think there’s so much to learn about how our brains work and how we, humans work.
